Glass glue is temperature-sensitive and can be permanently damaged if it freezes. To ensure you receive a product that performs exactly as intended, we carefully monitor weather conditions before shipping.
Here’s how we handle winter shipping:
• We check your shipping zip code for freezing daytime or nighttime temperatures
• If temperatures in your area are at or below 32°F, we will temporarily hold your glue shipment until conditions improve
• While we do insulate all glue shipments, insulation alone cannot prevent freezing in sustained cold weather
• At this time, we are only shipping glass glue to areas consistently above 32°F
If your order is placed on hold due to weather, no action is required on your part. As soon as temperatures rise to a safe range, your order will ship automatically.
