Class Overview

Join award-winning mosaic artist Kathie Wise for a festive, hands-on workshop creating illuminated art using recycled glass blocks, stained glass, and optional interior lights. Whether you choose a Christmas tree, angel, snowman, butterfly, flowers, or any theme you dream up, this workshop gives you the freedom to design a glowing holiday keepsake.
All tools and materials are provided.

Learning Objectives

Participants will:

• Prepare recycled glass blocks for mosaic work

• Learn to cut, shape, and design with stained glass

• Explore color harmony, flow, and patternizing on a small 3D form

• Build a mosaic design using professional tools & adhesives

• (Optional) Add lights inside the block for a beautiful illuminated effect
