Simply attach base to workstation with 4 provided screws, use bolts provided to attach one handle of your nipper, then slip the arm attachment on the other handle… bam.. you’re done. You can now nip samlti, china, glass, murrine etc with eaze. These are great for people with tendentious, arthritis and lack of strength.
